Peach season in Georgia is here in full force with this brew! The peach flavor is very light, not overpowering and makes this beer very session-able. It is brewed with flaked wheat, which after a quick google search showed me that brewing with flaked wheat makes it a softer, crisper flavor. This beer is a Grisette, which is a lower ABV, saison-like, wheat beer. It does a great job of capturing the fresh, juicy peach flavor without being too sweet and is perfect for summer in the South!
