But seriously we all thought Ash was crazy when she said she tasted waffle cones until about 5 minutes later when I exhaled deeply in the middle of a conversation and immediately screamed like a 12 year old when I actually tasted the waffle cones! This Hefeweizen is light, crisp, refreshing, great for year- round type of brew. It has a light, gold color, slightly hazy, gorgeous cloud-like head when poured, The addition of Sorachi Ace hops and real lemongrass adds a citrus zest and tartness that makes this beer perfect for summer.
