At first I though I was crazy for craving a stout in the middle of the summer, but it has been raining like crazy for a while and when I saw it in the fridge, I had to open this baby up. Monday Night Brewing partnered with Batdorf & Bronson Coffee Roasters for this brew as their take on a classic coffee stout. The coffee taste is very prominent yet not overpowering. I was even catching hints of vanilla, chocolate and possibly hazelnuts? I couldn’t quite place it. This was delicious and I definitely finished the entire glass. This is a perfect end of a rainy day beer to enjoy while watching those crazy Real housewives.
