“An easy drinking, year round brew that’s light in body and crisp in finish.” This is the copy that I’m presented with on the back side of the can. I’ll be upfront, I’ve never had a kölsch that I liked. I know this is just a preference thing, but I really haven’t. That is until today. Call me crazy, but I get a POPS cereal flavor from this at the finish that I love. It’s smooth, slightly creamy, and very refreshing.
