Oh wow, this was surprising! This is a Belgian and it has a gorgeous deep, almost amber color. The first sip was divine! It tasted like a fresh baked tart with hints of dark fruits. Weird right? But beer is culinary and everyone will get different tastes sometimes. I was even getting hint of coconut and spices, like cloves and other yummy baking spices. I can see this going really well with dessert, like a piece of Pecan Pie, I’m sure it will go great with other food, but this was my first thought. This was a great brew, I will definitely try this again.
